Dual Action Pump

Get pumped up! This manual hand pump is lightweight and compact enough to go wherever your next adventure takes you. Compatible with all current ROC boards, the pump displays the pressure on the indicator gauge and also includes the flexible hose for inflation. 

Note that the pressure gauge doesn't begin to read until you reach about 5 PSI. Even though your board may look fully inflated and feel fairly rigid around 3 PSI, there is still more air needed to reach proper pressure.

The good news is that it’s impossible to over inflate or damage your board using the manual hand pump, so feel free to keep pumping. As you continue, you’ll see the gauge needle begin to move once you hit that 5 PSI mark.

Here’s a quick guide to how the pump works:

• Inflation: Attach the hose to the top connection near the handle.
  
  

• Deflation: Attach the hose to the bottom connection near the foot of the pump. The easiest way to deflate your board is to press and turn the valve pin in the center of your board’s valve to release the air.
  
  

As for the single vs. dual action:

• The small valve on the side of the pump, with the cap and string, controls this function.
  
  

• Cap screwed in = Dual Action (air inflates on both the push and pull)
  
  

• Cap removed = Single Action (air inflates only on the push)
  
  

• We recommend using dual action up to about 10 PSI, and switching to single action afterward to make the final inflation easier.
